Terms & Conditions

The renter must hold a valid driving license (local or international).

Minimum age requirement: 21 years (may vary depending on the type of vehicle).

GCC citizens must present a valid ID card; expatriates must present a passport & visa copy (if available).

A flight ticket must be provided for airport pick-up/drop-off service (with additional charges).

Minimum rental duration: 2 days.

The rental contract starts at the time of vehicle pick-up and ends at the time of return.

Delay in returning the vehicle is charged as an additional hour, and after 3 hours, a full day’s rental will be applied.

The rate includes the agreed number of kilometers.

Extra kilometers will be charged separately per kilometer.

Rates do not include: fuel, traffic fines, Salik (toll) charges, or any damages.

All vehicles are covered with comprehensive insurance in accordance with UAE law.

The renter is liable to pay the deductible amount in case of an accident if found at fault.

Insurance does not cover damages caused by misuse, driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, or driving in unauthorized areas.

Security deposit must be paid by credit card only.

A refundable deposit is required (returned within 21 working days after contract closure) to cover fines or damages.

The vehicle must not be used for racing or off-road driving.

Driving outside the UAE is prohibited unless prior written approval is obtained from the company.

Vehicles are delivered in good condition with a defined fuel level.

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level; otherwise, refueling charges will apply.

Regular maintenance is the company’s responsibility, but damages due to misuse will be charged to the renter.

All traffic fines and Salik (toll) charges are the renter’s responsibility.

The company is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.

Bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before pick-up.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in one day’s rental charge.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be referred to the competent courts in the emirate where the company is based.
